Sport Psychotherapy with Sarah SteventonWarwick and Warwickshire

Sport Psychotherapy is headed up by Sarah Steventon.

Sarah is a Psychotherapist, and a specialist in neuropsychology and psychopathology.

With a background in Neuroscience, Sarah works with individuals to achieve mental resilience and peak brain performance. Improving the ability to manage stress, regulate emotions, and ultimately perform at their absolute best.

This style of working isn’t about giving advice – this is about creating the ultimate mindset utilising a unique combination of Neuropsychology and the brain's own neuroplasticity to achieve it.

Sarah is also a member of The Human Givens Institute, which is fully accredited in the UK by The Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). The PSA is a Department of Health backed programme, which sets standards for practitioners and is recognised by the NHS and the Care Quality Commission.

The Process

Sarah partners with clubs and organisations on a temporary or on-going basis, working in-house at a frequency that suits the need.

Generally coming into the club on a regular or ad hoc basis, so that players get to know her as the team Psychotherapist or Performance Coach as some clubs and organisations like to position it with their teams.

Sessions can take place either on-site if the facility allows, or players can see Sarah at her private consulting room in either Warwick or London. Sessions can also take place via Skype/Zoom.

Talented people can only do their best when they feel their best.
