Sarah Steventon is a Psychotherapist, and the founder of Warwickshire Specialist Anxiety Centre.
She is a member of The Human Givens Institute, which is fully accredited in the UK by The Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). The PSA is a Department of Health backed programme, which sets standards for practitioners and is recognised by the NHS and the Care Quality Commission.
The specialist Anxiety centre in Warwickshire, was set up by Sarah in 2017 to treat people with anxiety disorders; such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Attacks, Health Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as many other stress related issues.
Prior to this the practice covered all aspects of mental health, treating people with any number of mental health issues, such as depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders etc

Sarah partners with clubs and organisations on a temporary or on-going basis, working in-house at a frequency that suits the need.
Generally coming into the club on a regular or ad hoc basis, so that players get to know her as the team Psychotherapist or Performance Coach as some clubs and organisations like to position it with their teams.
Sessions can take place either on-site if the facility allows, or players can see Sarah at her private consulting room in either Warwick or London. Sessions can also take place via Skype/Zoom.
